Engineering Foundation
Stable molding starts with part geometry, wall thickness, draft, gate, cooling, venting, and ejection. We review risks before steel cutting and use T0/T1 findings to guide corrections.
Review critical interfaces, fit, movement, fastening, and the way the molded part works with the surrounding product.
Review resin behavior, wall transitions, ribs, bosses, and geometry that may influence shrinkage, sink, or warpage.

Quality and Documentation
Inspection follows the drawing, approved sample, assembly needs, appearance requirements, and project stage. External measurement resources, including GOM scanning, can be coordinated through qualified partners when required.
Critical dimensions can be checked against the drawing, agreed measurement method, and the current project stage.
Surface, color, visible defects, and approved appearance requirements can be reviewed against the agreed sample or criteria.
Fit, fastening, movement, and surrounding-part interfaces can be recorded during sample and pilot evaluation.
Trial findings, agreed corrections, sample status, and customer-required inspection reports can be maintained with the project.
