Built on mold manufacturing experience dating back to 2011, Jeancen Mold supports overseas customers with DFM review, precision tooling, plastic injection molding, insert molding, and selected high-precision plastic components.
Xiamen Jeancen Precision Technology Co., Ltd. operates under the Jeancen Mold brand, combining direct overseas project communication with a long-term manufacturing team in Xiamen. Tooling, trials, modifications, and injection production are carried out by the factory team.

HOW WE WORK
Our workflow separates business communication from technical decision-making, while keeping DFM, mold manufacture, trial feedback, and production follow-up connected through one project path.

Sunny handles overseas business and project communication. Lin takes the lead on technical questions, DFM review, mold design decisions, and engineering changes.
Tool steel, mold structure, cavity strategy, maintenance access, and spare parts are considered against material, expected volume, and production requirements.
After T0, the team reviews dimensional, assembly, and appearance results, then completes T1/T2 corrections and reports when the project requires them.

International Business & Project Coordination
Primary contact for overseas customers, responsible for commercial communication, quotation follow-up, schedules, document coordination, and connecting technical questions with the engineering team.
Engineering Director
Leads DFM and mold design review, coordinates tooling decisions with the factory engineering team, and follows T0/T1 corrections based on dimensional, assembly, and appearance results.
